Telkom Granted Rp 2.7 Tln Loan

VIVAnews - PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. (BNI) as the joint lead arranger gave Rp 2.7 trillion (US$265.99 million) loan to state teleco company PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.

The loan will be allocated for general purpose including the 2009 capital expenditure.

In the loan syndication, BNI will channel Rp 1.7 trillion of loan while PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, the joint arranger, will disburse Rp 1 trillion     .

The loan will be distributed in the form of a medium term loan with five years tenor which includes one year grace period.

The credit was signed by BNI Managing Director Gatot M Suwondo, BRI Corporate Director Sudaryanto Sudargo, and Telkom Managing Director Rinaldi Firmansyah in Jakarta on Tuesday, June 16.
