VIVA – One of Elon Musk's children, Xavier Alexander Musk became the talk of the world after he has filed petition to court to change his name and attempted to break up with his father Elon Musk. Not only that, he is reported to have petitioned the court to change his name and gender.
Petitions for a new name change and birth certificate were filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica.

Quoted on the New York Post page on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, Xavier announced his decision to change his gender and famous last name to eliminate any ties to the founders of Tesla and SpaceX.
The official reason stated by Xavier in the petition shared was that he no longer wanted to have anything to do with his father, Elon Musk.
"Gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form." Xavier wrote.
This teenager wants to change his full name from Xavier Alexander Musk to Vivian Jenna Wilson, taking his mother's last name, because he wants to be recognized as a girl.
So far, Xavier and Elon Musk have never spoken publicly about their relationship. It is suspected that there has been no more conversation between the son and father for some time.
Xavier Musk, was born in 2004 to Elon Musk and Justine Wilson. He has a twin brother, Griffin Musk.
Elon Musk was criticized for his comments that were considered transphobic. He had complained about the use of pronouns in the transgender community.
However, Elon Musk has always refused to be called transphobic. He claims to be pro against LGBT. He also claims that Tesla is the best place for LGBT people to work.
