VIVA – Mount Everest is the highest mountain in the world located in Nepal and has an altitude of 8,849 MDPL. In addition, Mount Everest has claimed the lives of more than 300 climbers who wanted to conquer the mountain. But recently, the mountain made a mysterious sound that is heard almost every night.

Dave Hans is an experienced expedition who has almost 15 times conquered the highest mountain peak in the world.

As the sun began to set over the mountain, Dave Hans explained the mysterious sound that Mount Everest would make, "You will hear the sound of eruptions, you will hear the sound of ice and rocks falling in various places around the valley."

In 2017, a team of Nepalese and Japanese researchers began studying glacial seismic activity in the Himalayas. The research aims to study the mysterious sounds that Mount Everest emits every night.

"We heard loud explosive sounds, we saw that the glacier was cracking every night and emitting mysterious sounds like explosions," glaciologist Evgeny Podolskiy explained in a statement at the time.

The research team eventually concluded that the mysterious sound that comes out every night on Mount Everest is nocturnal thermal fracturing. The condition is also affected by temperature changes.

In addition, Evgeny Podolskiy explained further, when the sun begins to set the temperature will begin to change and drop around -15 degrees Celsius.
