Next, there's ablutophobia, which is the fear of bathing or washing. Individuals with ablutophobia feel highly anxious and afraid when faced with situations that involve bathing or cleaning oneself.

This is quite unusual as it is the fear of phobias themselves. It is an irrational fear of experiencing fear or phobias. People with phobophobia are afraid of experiencing intense fear of specific objects or situations.



This phobia refers to the fear of meeting Santa Claus. Although uncommon, some individuals have a fear or phobia of Santa Claus or other Christmas celebration figures.
