Jakarta – The special exhibition of electric vehicles Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS 2024) officially commenced today, April 30 to May 5, at JIEXpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
Moeldoko, as the Chairman of Periklindo, stated that PEVS 2024 with the theme "The Leading EV Show in Indonesia" is the largest exhibition in Southeast Asia.
"We ensure that PEVS 2024 will be the largest in Southeast Asia. We should be proud, as no one else can organize an event like Periklindo has done," said Moeldoko at the inauguration of PEVS 2024 at JIEXpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.
Moeldoko revealed that Periklindo plays a role as Bridging Institutions in the automotive industry.

"We are Bridging Institutions. What does that mean? we can advocate for what you expect. Periklindo can bridge between manufacturers and the Government. Periklindo can bridge between manufacturers and consumers. The role of Periklindo as bridging institutions must be strengthened," Moeldoko emphasized.
Furthermore, the man who also serves as the Chief of Presidential Staff stated that the PEVS 2024 exhibition will serve as an education and socialization platform for electric vehicles for the public.
"Periklindo strives to socialize and educate about electric vehicles through PEVS 2024. We provide understanding over time so that Electric Vehicles (EVs) can be better understood, thus eliminating any issues related to electric cars," he remarked.
Therefore, Moeldoko invited the public to come to the special exhibition of electric vehicles PEVS 2024.
"I invite the Indonesian people to come here in droves, see the third PEVS exhibition. Your presence can strengthen the electric vehicle industry in Indonesia,"
As information, this exhibition will be enlivened by 116 participants from various supporting industries.
Starting from Periklindo members, namely ABC Lithium, Birubatt, Fast, Keeway, MAB, Motoriz, Neta, Seres, and Wuling.
There are also other brands participating in the exhibition, including BMW Astra, BYD, Chery, Gesits, Honda, Hyundai, Kymco-IONEX, MG Prestige Image Motorcars, Rakata, Selis, Vinfast, VMove, and ZPT.
