VIVAnews - The infrastructure relocation in Sidoarjo, East Java, taking the form of ring road has been completed by 30 percent. As another toll roads development in Indonesia, the infrastructure relocation is obstructed by land acquisition, said Minister of Public Works Djoko Kirmanto on Thursday, Jan 8.
Kirmanto stated that the 7.1-km ring road is now being constructed.
According to Kirmanto, the physical development of the ring road is carried out in phases on the acquired land.
However, state-owned enterprise PT Jasa Marga, has not yet invested in the ring road development. "The company needs assurance. After all required land is acquired, the construction can only begin," Kirmanto said.
