VIVAnews - The Syrian government comes forward with the development plan of 500 towers to Indonesia. Should a yes be presented toward the offer, any tender for the projects will not be required. "For them, it's legal to carry on without any tender," said Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Hatta Rajasa.

Moreover, Syria is willing as well to commence work on toll road projects.

Within the last five years, the Syrian government spent at least US$18 billion to catch up with infrastructure development.

Syria also plans to team up with Bandung Institute of Technology to establish universities which focus on oil.
