US Ready to Provide Military Experts

VIVAnews - Defense Minister Juwono Sudarsono said the National Defense University in Washington, the United States, is ready to assist Indonesia in providing military experts to develop Indonesia's defense.

"We've already sent the proposal and they agreed of it. In fact, they are willing to provide some experts," said Sudarsono on Wednesday, Feb 18.

Indonesian Foreign Affairs Minister Hassan Wirajuda will also deliver the same issue to Hillary Clinton as the US Secretary of State is having two-day official visit to Indonesia.

"We've delivered the message through Foreign Minister Hassan Wirajuda. In order to improve [US-Indonesia] defense partnership, non-military matters will be prioritized," said Sudarsono.
