Humpuss Aiming Five Strategic Partners

VIVAnews - PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (HITS) is eyeing two foreign companies and three local companies as its future strategic partners. The partners-to-be may control 22 percent of Humpuss shares.

Humpuss Director Permadi Soekasah said the company has prepared 6.63 percent treasury stock taken from share buyback.

He claimed that the company is expecting fund of between Rp 120 billion and Rp 150 billion, given the current company's share price of Rp 410-435 per share.
