VIVAnews - Member of Commission III at the House of Representatives (DPR) Eva Kusuma Sundari found fault with the decision made by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono for delegating job to Vice President Boediono to monitor the SuperGayus case.
SuperGayus is attributed to a mid-ranking tax official named Gayus Tambunan, who is now under court sessions on charges of corruption.
"The mafia of law case is surrendered to a task force; the plurality issue is caved in to the clerics council. What does he do, then?"
Eva believed that it should have been the precise moment for the President to bring back public's confidence toward him.
"SBY [the president's initial] should have commented on the important issue," said Eva.
Earlier, Mr Yudhoyono has instructed Vice President Boediono to helm the SuperGayus monitoring team.
