VIVAnews – Today, Indonesia's Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is scheduled to examinate the suspect of bribery case of the election of BI’s Senior Deputy of Governor, Nunun Nurbaeti.
“KPK quizzes the suspect, Mrs. NN,” said KPK's official on media affairs Priharsa Nugraha in Jakarta. This questioning session is likely to complete Nunun’s examination documents.
Earlier, KPK’s spokesperson, Johan Budi, said the examination documents of the wife of the former Deputy Chief of Police, Adang Daradjatun, will be handed over to the prosecutors this week.
“Perhaps, [the documents will be filed] on Wednesday or Thursday this week,” said Johan.
Nunun was arrested by mid December 2011 in Thailand. KPK named Nunun suspect of travelers’ checks case since February 2011.
Nunun is accused of giving bribes to several members of the House of Representatives during the 1999-2004 term regarding the election of Miranda Goeltom as the Senior Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia in 2004.
