VIVA – The Macan Museum or Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara is an instagrammable art museum and also tourism in Jakarta. This museum contains a collection of modern and contemporary art and continues to grow in Indonesia.
This museum is located at AKR Tower, Level M, Panjang Street number 5, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
The museum has an active program of exhibitions and events in facilities that include education and conservation spaces. At the Macan Museum, visitors will find various types of very beautiful paintings. The Macan Museum is included in the list of the World's 100 Best Places in 2018 released in Time magazine.
The Macan Museum opened in November 2017 and presents around 90 works from a collection of 800 Indonesian artworks. In addition, the museum also has the work 'Infinity Mirrored Room' by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusuma.

As known, the macan museum also presents some modern contemporary art. Uniquely, these arts also use various media, techniques, and installation art. There are Art Turns-World Turns, Seven Stories, One Million Years, The Past Has Not Passed, Life Heart Rainow, and Dunia Dalam Berita.
The Macan Museum entrance ticket is divided into several categories. Even though the ticket price is quite expensive, visitors will not feel that they are wasting money in vain.

Entrance tickets to the adult category are charged at Rp100,000, while students and seniors over 65 years are charged a ticket price of Rp90,000 for each person.
For children aged 3 to 12, a fee of Rp80,000 for each person will be charged. However, for children under three years, there is no need to pay. Tickets can be purchased online or on the spot.
The operating hours of the Museum start from 10 AM to 6 PM, yep, for 8 hours open. The last entry is only open until 5 PM. Unfortunately, every Monday, the museum is closed. So, the museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday only.
