VIVAnews - The G-20 Summit has yet to reach a deal on tax haven country, money laundry and stolen asset recovery program.
Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo said the agreement will in the first place be discussed and brought before the meeting in Korea on November 11-12.
"The previous meeting discussed about a regulatory system to avert practices in tax haven country," said Agus yesterday.
The talks also included issues on money laundering in its connection with stolen asset which in turn gives way to the introduction of stolen asset recovery program (starp).
However, Agus stated that Indonesia has teamed up with 60 countries in dealing with money laundering.
According to him, regarding tax management, Indonesia may have the same status with other countries. "If the assessment lacks certain issue, it wouldn't be a matter," he said.
"On banking and insurance assessment, we have different opinions [from them] taking into account the country's situation. Here, the kind of transactions is not too varied," he said.
