VIVAnews - The national antiterror squad Special Detachment 88 used crime scene reconstruction to solve the bomb development at a house rented by suspect of book bomb and Serpong assembled bomb in Rawa Cadas, Pondok Kopi, East Jakarta, today, July 8.
The antiterror force escorted six suspects to the scene. Pepi Fernando, the mastermind behind all book bombing terrors in Jakarta, was also brought to the spot.
From the reconstruction, it was apparent that all suspects gathered in the house to assemble bombs.
Earlier this year, Jakarta saw a number of bombs hidden in books sent to different figures. One of the delivered bomb exploded, injuring five people including a police officer who was trying to defuse it.
Police said that the three bombs discovered in Jakarta were the work of terrorists, although they would not speculate on who was responsible for the attack.
