VIVAnews - The Japan Foundation Jakarta is presenting art works of a Japanese artist who now resides in Indonesia. The exhibition titled "Memory of Asia" is trying to convey the artist's, Midori Hirota, messages embedded in his works which he created based on interviews with Japanese and Indonesian senior citizens who had survived through war time.
The exhibition has been running since April 3, and can still be appreciated until April 20 2009.
