Hylo Open 2022 Final Results: Indonesia Managed to Get Two Titles

VIVA – The prestigious Hylo Open 2022 has concluded. In the final results, Indonesian representatives won two titles from the badminton match that took place in Saarlandhalle, Germany, on November 1 to 6, 2022. These two titles were won from the mixed doubles and men's singles sectors.

From Indonesia's mixed doubles, Rehan Naufal Kusharjanto/Lisa Ayu Kusumawati managed to become champions in the 2022 Hylo Open final, after defeating the Chinese representatives, Feng Yanzhe/Huang Dongping. Rehan/Lisa were able to win two straight games with a score of 21-17 and 21-15.

Meanwhile, from the men's singles sector, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting managed to follow in the footsteps of Rehan/Lisa. However, Ginting's struggle was tougher on his way to the championship, as he defeated painstakingly Taiwanese badminton player, Chou Tien Chen.

Anthony Ginting had to go through a fierce three-game battle against Chou Tien Chen. Having lost 18-21 in the first game, Ginting successfully took revenge in the second and third games with scores of 21-11 and 24-22.

Meanwhile, for the women's singles sector, the Hylo Open 2022 title was claimed by Chinese badminton player, Han Yue. She managed to become a champion after defeating her rival, Zhang Yiman, in a two-game duel with a score of 21-18 and 21-16.

In the men's doubles, a duel between Taiwanese representatives occurred when Lu Ching-Yao/Yang Po-Han met Lee Jhe-huei/Yang Po-hsuan. In that match, Ching-Yao/Po-Han managed to win dramatically with a score of 11-21, 21-17, and 25-23.

In the women's doubles, there was a duel between fellow Thai representatives when Jongkolphan Kititharakul/Rawinda Prajongjai met Benyapa Aimsaard/Nuntakarn Aimsaard. In that match, Benyapa/Nunyakarn defeated Jongkolphan/Rawinda with a score of 18-21, 21-18, and 21-17.
