Indonesian Economy Has Strength to Face Middle East Crisis

With about three months remaining, the athletes have time to prepare for the 2024 Olympics.

Bakrie believes that the athletes' performance can be maintained as he has visited the PP PBSI National Training Center in Cipayung, East Jakarta, and witnessed the effective functioning of its system.

"It all starts with the working system. I see that the PP PBSI has a good working system, and there is good cooperation among coaches, sports science staff, team doctors, and physiotherapists," Bakrie stated.

"I see it as something good and hopefully can be an asset to win many battles in the future," he added.

As the CdM, Bakrie realizes that it's not easy for the PP PBSI to maintain the athletes' performance.

However, he believes that the highest organization in Indonesian badminton can continue to do even better.

"I want to provide encouragement as the head of the Olympic delegation. I know it's not easy, but I believe that with hard work, success is achievable," he remarked.

"I'm optimistic, but we must strive hard because in these three months, conditions must be maintained, and efforts for improvement must be made, including strengthening sports science and ensuring proper nutrition for the athletes," he concluded.
