VIVA – Para pemenang Emmy Award 2018 telah diumumkan di Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat, Senin, 17 September 2018 waktu setempat. HBO meraih total 23 penghargaan. Serial Game of Thrones memboyong penghargaan Emmy terbanyak dari serial HBO lainnya dengan total sembilan penghargaan.
Penghargaan yang diterima antara lain Outstanding Drama Series. Barry yang dibintangi Bill Hader mendapatkan Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series. Rekan Hader — nominasi lima kali Henry Winkler — membawa pulang Emmy pertamanya sebagai aktor pendukung.
Thandie Newton dari Westworld memenangkan penghargaan Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series sedangkan Last Week Tonight with John Oliver menerima sejumlah penghargaan selama tiga tahun berturut-turut.
