VIVA – FIFA announced the new format for the 2025 Club World Cup in the United States. If previously only followed by 7 teams, starting in 2025, this event will be followed by 32 teams.
So far, 12 teams have secured tickets to the 2025 Club World Cup. Thus, there are still 20 tickets up for grabs for the next two years.
Of the 32 teams that will meet at the 2025 Club World Cup, clubs from Europe get the most rations, namely 12 clubs. Four European clubs will be given to the three most recent Champions League winners, namely Chelsea, Real Madrid, Manchester City, and the 2023/24 Champions League winners.

Meanwhile, the other eight European club slots will be determined by the European coefficient ranking, but there is a limit of two clubs per country.
South America or CONMEBOL only gets six slots. So far, only two teams have qualified, namely Palmeiras and Flamengo.
Asia gets four slots, Africa also gets four slots. Then, four slots for teams from North America and the Caribbean and one slot for teams from Oceania. Meanwhile, the United States as the host gets one slot.
So far, there are only two AFC representatives, namely Al Hilal and Urawa Red Diamonds. While new CAF representatives Al Ahly and Wydad Casablanca, then three new CONCACAF representatives namely Monterrey, Seattle Sounders, and Club Leon.
