Even though they have changed personnel because someone left and died, this group consistently hums Islamic lyrics in the midst of some views that it is forbidden to sing for women. Currently, Nasida Ria has 12 personnel.
They have also won several awards, one of which was from PWI in 1989. Now, they are back in public discussion after returning to perform in Germany. Nasida Ria's kasidah group also shared their activities while there. One of them was when they stayed at the residence of the Indonesian Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany.
