VIVA – Angel Island or locally known as Bidadari island is a part of the Thousand Islands which are still in the DKI Jakarta Province. It takes about 30 minutes to reach Bidadari Island from Marina Pier, Ancol by speedboat or ferry. This island is known as the island of finding a soulmate because there is a soulmate tree on Bidadari Island.
Initially, Bidadari Island was named Sick Island because this island was once established as a hospital to isolate people with leprosy and leprosy during the Dutch colonial era. It had been neglected for more than a century, in 1970 the government carried out a revitalization on Bidadari Island.

On Bidadari Island, there is a favorite spot for tourists, namely a fairly large kepuh-type tree growing on the shoreline. The tree is nicknamed the 'soulmate tree'. According to the myth, anyone who does not have a partner and then takes pictures in the tree will get a mate.
Not only for people who are still single, lovers who capture the moment on the matchmaking tree are said to have a lasting relationship. It is known, this tree has stood since the Dutch colonial era, more than 300 years old.
