VIVA – Wuling Motors officially launched their latest car in Indonesia on November 3, 2022, namely, Wuling Almaz Hybrid. This new car is included in the Sport Utility Vehicle category which has the advantage of being eco-friendly.
The launch was just carried out at the Jakarta E-Prix Circuit, located in Ancol, North Jakarta. The Wuling Almaz Hybrid is the first Wuling Motors model that combines conventional and electric machines.
"We create a combination of powerful performance, fuel efficiency, and eco-friendly mobility through Almaz Hybrid," Vice President of Wuling Motors, Arif Pramadana remarked at the location on November 3, 2022.

The exterior design of the Wuling Almaz Hybrid is not any different from the standard model, however, some accents indicate that the vehicle is already using electrification technology. The rims also wear a size of 18 inches.
The biggest difference is in the machine. Wuling installed a 2,000cc gasoline machine that produces 123 horsepower and 168 Newton meters of torque. The engine performance is assisted by an electric motor with 174 hp and 320 Nm of torque and is supported by a battery with a capacity of 1.8 kilos Watt-hours.
The embedded automatic transmission is also sophisticated, Dedicated Hybrid Transmission or DHT technology was developed specifically to share power with a choice of three driving modes, namely, EV Mode, Series Hybrid, and Parallel Hybrid which are regulated through the vehicle's intelligent system.

This car can accommodate up to seven people with a vehicle interior that looks luxurious because it presents a panoramic sunroof.
The car is offered for IDR 470 million on the road in DKI Jakarta, supported by the safety features of the Advanced Driver Assistance System, Internet of Vehicles, and voice commands in Indonesian Wuling Indonesian Command.
Wuling provides a 3-year or 100,000-kilometer general vehicle warranty, an 8-year or 120,000-kilometer battery warranty, a 3-year or 60,000-kilometer electric motor main component warranty, and a 5-year or 100,000-kilometer DHT transmission warranty.
